Better World @ VU

Scientists can have a deep impact on sustainability, conservation and human rights, to name a few themes. How impact though, all depends on how and where they conduct their research. These stories portray scientists that try to make the world a better place with their projects.

From arctic coastlines to coffee plantations and mangroves in Vietnam, this production shows a wealth of different projects. With clever use of personal archival footage and thematic studio filming we were able to tell these diverse stories without traveling across the world.
